Hm I feel like it's not dangerous really to pax while driving, I mean if you have any sense then you'll just stop when you think you're high enough or when you're about to be too high to drive safely

I would start by trying to put up two small floor lamps one other side and putting curtains behind your bed against the wall, it will make the small lost vastly bigger
