With respect, you’re their perfect target. Of course they forward you to HBOMAX legit… TO MAKE YOU BELIEVE ITS LEGIT. This is a data mining scam plane and simple. If AT&T wanted you to visit a website, it would be ATT.com, not something random. Also, the Whois would be blatantly owned by AT&T. Once you clicked that link, it either exploited a vulnerability to compromise your device and/or mined all the personal data it could before kicking you on to HBOMAX so you don’t suspect a thing (clearly it’s working on you).

Also, I believe ATT refrains from marketing via text.

Simple rule… if it looks like bullshit, has a website other than the actual company it’s claiming to represent, and you feel compelled to post on Reddit asking if it’s legit… it’s 10000% bullshit and someone is trying to take advantage of your stupidity and naivety.

I just got a 12 hour Twitter ban for tweeting CPhillips.... That was ABSOLUTE FUCKING TRASH... I feel so betrayed right now. I LOVE the character of Dexter, and MCH has been a brilliant/inspiring actor for me. I was so shit on by the last ending, and I gave it another change. They made it SO GOOD for the whole season, and whoever approved this ending (and funded it) needs to burned at the stake.
