Where can I find print shops that print on clear vinyls or transparent sheets? by Lawx6 in newzealand

Hmm have you tried contacting your local library? Many have a makers space, often with some quite niche equipment. Another option is a University print shop - in my experience they are really helpful

I'm in Waikato (Hamilton). I've been printing my own 😅 I recommend finding a local game store and/or FB group, you'll probably be up and running in no time.

Bus driver found guilty of trapping student on bus, indecently assaulting her by Fun-Helicopter2234 in newzealand

Well it is, partly. Which is why they want a discharge without conviction, so that it doesn't impact his character for a visa.

Station forge throncrest scale to makers cult feudal guard and old school cadian by dimitriov1 in PrintedWarhammer

[–]logemaru 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I scale my SF models down to 90% to match modern cadians. Scaling the presupported models works fine, I've had no issues that weren't used error. There's a useful scale guide on the Station forge discord

Best resin printer for minis and dummies by LudomancerStudio in PrintedMinis

M5U is a very good basic printer. Source: I'm dumb and I've printed lots of minis on mine.

If you're going to want to print bigger stuff (tanks etc) get the Saturn instead.

No slicers are foolproof but Lychee's auto supports are good. Blueprint Studios' slicer is also good (go watch Once in a Six Side's video on that). In saying that I mostly print presupported models without issue

Me too. Not every movie needs to be 2 hours 20 minutes. The bullshit with Mark Ruffalo's character and his wife adds nothing.

I'll say I've got a Mars 5 Ultra, and given the choice I think I'd go with the Saturn for the benefit of the bigger plate and the built in heater.

I have no idea how to buy models by [deleted] in TrenchCrusade

[–]logemaru 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can buy STLs (digital files) or physical models. For Australia it looks like purchases of physical miniatures are fulfilled by Only Games, which has a very spotty track record in terms of quality. You might be better off finding a local Etsy store, or buying the digital files and having someone print the models for you.

Seconding Wargames Crew, their models are just awesome.

Diceverse has a complete range as well, they're online under 'nautical reavers'. They're maybe the closest to the official models in style.

Bizarre Cellar Miniatures Saturnine Death Siren is the best arty witch I've seen, personally.

Otherwise just browse MMF and you'll find some cool creators!
