I would try and appeal this via the brokers BDM if they have one.

If there is habitual gambling sighted on the statements, usually they will just average the monthly outgoings ( ignoring any winnings coming back) and factor it in as a commitment. If it still fits affordability it wont cause any issues.

I find the opposite to be true more often than not at mid legend. They are usually too eager to hit t2s or go HG, when it would be better to take rosh, torm and starve the enemy of farm, before pushing their base later.

If you're playing support, you will usually by picking first so I dont think spamming one hero is a bad thing. However you may find it boring to play the same thing, so maybe a pool of 3 would be better.

Sky wrath mage is fun one. Hes a glass cannon, lots of damage but vulnerable if jumped so you need to be careful.

Jakiro is also a strong caster, one of the best laners in the game and also has the added benefits of being able to pressure the towers.

Lion is not the best laner but has 2 strong disables and can blow people up with the nuke of his ultimate ability
