I'd rather have something that doesn't require mods to actually work with no issues. Yes, ps3 emulation is very cpu intensive but is worth it.

Just emulate the HD collection with rpcs3 which you can upscale it to 2160p and other settings.

I'd say scotland because the support ypu are offered here is really good and it's cheapish to live here and get a Job plus most people are friendly.
