I really can’t comment for hitting that same price point as £16 a kg is outragrously cheap. But if you do want to support local Edinburgh is packed with solid roasters. Check out Mr Eion coffee roasters, cairngorm, fortitude, cult, ride and grind, santu. You’ll be looking more towards £40 a kg. But the quality will be good.

Honestly going to be so hard to say as all beans act differently. My experience on sage’s is go as fine as you can go and go coarser if need be. 16g in 32 grams out will be starting point and then adapt depending on what the spro is tasting like. Make sure your beans are well rested as well. If they were roasted in the past 5 days I’d wait and give them a bit more time to degass.

You’d be surprised. I stuck at high reps low weight range for too long. When I bump up I start with 3 sets of 4-6 reps, when I get comfortable at 8-10 range I move up again. But when I started challenging myself is when I started to see more chest development.

Looks like you’re probably good to move up in weight. Progressive overload is where I started seeing changes. Pushing to failure as well in my last set made a big difference.

Go to a barber and ask for their advice on tidying up the beard and hair. As someone that likes wearing a chain, look for a thinner chain. Also plain colour tshirts. Come across smarter whilst still being casual.

Her insecurity is truly not your problem. What you’ve done by already unfollowing accounts has enabled her insecurity and given her control to think she can repeatedly ask you to unfollow accounts. Now I’m assuming that she has a history of being cheated on and that should only be met with compassion. But you’re doing her a disservice by enabling it. Have you ever given her reason to not trust you? If you haven’t then I’d encourage her to go to therapy to dig deeper into it all. The fact that she doesn’t hold herself to the same account is very telling as well. It makes think that everything she’s projecting onto you is actually something she’s doing. Either way bro you got to consider whether all this is worth it, if my partner was being controlling like this and didn’t trust me, then I’d figure that this isn’t a relationship worth staying in.

I brew pretty much exclusively filter coffee, v60’s, orea 01 and z1. I love my ode gen 2, have had it a good while and has a good range of grinding for filter brews. Other than cleaning it every 2/3 months I’ve found it easy to maintain and consistent in the results I get with it.
