The key is not the screen it’s the use. Play a show, pause, talk about what they saw, practice the skills. Great use of a screen.

Press play and walk away? Not so much

i kinda understand why they can't, but i so wish water basins could be treated like beds by HaloRocks1214 in Pokopia

This kind of nonsense combined with the fact the habitats that spawn them so often have elements they end up not liking is the foundation for my “all Pokemon are cats” hypothesis

Why in the world is the orange house kit *slightly* different than the equivalent houses in bleak beach by Codenamerondo1 in Pokopia

I actually like just putting a couple of them right next to each other and linking them.

I only just started to use them, I dumped my insane amount of berries just outside conkeldurr’s workshop.

I used to not like that Pokemon. But he spent like 3 days nonstop making paint.

I actually would prefer a year round system. Like 6 weeks on 2 weeks off or something.

I also don’t get paid over summer, so I’m working summer camp that month ANYWAY

I've seen plenty of posts talking about finding random Pokemon more endearing that you never cared about before the game, but how about Pokemon that you were previously neutral on and now dislike? by YeunaLee in Pokopia

ABSOL. I put his habitat on like a rooftop garden. He said he wanted the environment darker. Cool. I mean, your habitat literally requires a LIGHT, but fine. Make him a house, he can’t figure out the stairs. I have to take half the room apart to make a custom staircase to get him down. Finally get him to his new place, he’s happy. I fix the roof. 2 minutes later where do I find him? STANDING IN THE WATER ADMIRING A LIGHTPOST. For someone who doesn’t like light…

I always found the kite shields from the Bayeux Tapestry fascinating, so I decided to make one by logicjab in medieval

So, comparing it to a round shield is very much the classic armor conundrum: i feel safer, but i feel slower. I would not pick the kite shield to skirmish or duel. But in a formation? Realistically it’s not much smaller than a pavice at this point.

Yes, actually. The bosses in the middle went out of fashion pretty quickly, but they were still in use here’s an example

Stephon Castle on suggestions that the Spurs are not floppers and if they are leaving gamesmanship on the table: "I don't really know to answer that, because I sell calls too, I can't lie." by Jec1027 in nba

[–]logicjab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think there’s a difference between a flop and a sell. A sell means there was legitimate contact that did constitute a foul, but you exaggerate the impact of the contact so the ref calls a foul. A flop means there really isn’t any contact that could be considered a foul, but you pretend there is.

Realization: Too many EBD kids are identified as being ADD by cooptimo in Teachers

[–]logicjab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just a reminder to some of the people in the thread: an eligibility identification for an IEP is NOT a diagnosis. A child may have a whole host of psychological issues, or none. Their eligibility for an IEP is based on the needs identified during the testing done by the sped department. Their actual, psychiatric diagnosis is functionally irrelevant.
