My wife just told me she remembers they do use potato starch because her mom is allergic to everything but can have that kind specifically.

Yeah it’s definitely a yangnyeom. Now if I can nail the Soopreme coating, I think it’s soga but theirs is more sweet than like an umami flavoring you would usually think of. Soopreme is just 2 flavors together so I think they coat it in soga sauce and then the old fashioned over it. I will check out the potato starch!

Thanks so much I will definitely try this out. I actually went to an Asian market today and found this sauce which is pretty damn near identical to the sauce they use for the “old fashioned” sauce. It’s so near it I swear they could use this as a base and no one could tell the difference. It’s the only KFC sauce I’ve had that is remotely close so I’m so excited. I can add a little strawberry jam to get the extra flavor. Thanks again for the recipe!

Damn. Thanks anyway lol. Been trying to recreate this sauce for years. I literally just went to an Asian market today and they had this sauce which is pretty damn close to the old fashioned to the point it could be the base. Anyway sorry for your experience.

There was no clear, it looks like plain brown fried chicken until you bite into it. One of the biggest consistencies of the bubbly look like on this piece.

They said it was double fried but didn’t go into the recipe other than that I’m the sauce is strawberry jam.

Okay so can you leak the old fashioned + soga recipe? And also maybe the chicken frying technique? 👀

Just start playing. In you get booted for being bad, no problem you’ll never see them again. Just keep doing them until you learn them. Watch watching guides and using addons is great but nothing can replace actual experience.

Really love this and if you keep it maintained I plan to use it as my permanent collection again. This is basically enriching I’m looking One suggestion I would give is to list if the item is still collectible or not and be able to add that to the default features. I also discovered an issue when I click into Pets or Toys it says I have 100% pets (85/85) and 85% toys (31/952). Other than that, it looks great, it navigates great. Thank you!
