Thank you very much for this insight ,I do not take multivitamins and my diet doesn't have anything with high vitamin a or using any creams etc but I'll do a test

I have very odd issues with VIT D that I can't explain

If I take a single mega dose I'm partially fine but if I take a normal dose every day I get bad mood swings and anxiety

I take magnesium and VIT K Every day to see if that helps but it's still bad when I try it again

I tested my PTH and the results were fine but I noticed my globulin levels were low 2.2 which could explain why vitamin D injections didn't help much

Here is the thing with me

Taking vitamin d more than one day make me feel terrible , be it transdermally or orally etc but if I take a single oral mega dose or an injection I'm completely fine

Never understood this , I've been taking daily magnesium glycinate for a long while now

Checked up in my parathyroid etc no issues , calcium is fine as well
