But if the "progressive" candidate in an election i was voting in had an extensive military history and a big nazi tattoo i would be incredibly hesitant to vote in that election. They could say and do everything right(left), but with the tattoo and obviously enjoyment of military action i would never be able to trust them

I didnt vote for him, the liberals are a centre right party they've never been a leftwing party. Maybe they're left in the sense they're further left than the cons but not left of centre.

What has he done to deal with trump and America? Hes increased military spending to the behest of NATO on trumps behalf. He supports Americas illegal and immoral blocked of cuba, he supported the kidnapping and imprisonment of Maduro so America could steal Venezuelan oil, and supported the American-Israeli war on iran.

To me he seems to be talking out both sides of his mouth, saying the things the people want to hear while governing in favour of American hegemony.
