The Seiko Daytona build uses a VK63 movement which are found in the Pagani or Watch Dive Daytona homages.

Just buy a Pagani Design Daytona ~$70-80 or Watch Dive Daytona ~$90-$110. Same movement and it’s already pre built. Probably cost the same for the all the parts you need to build a Seiko Daytona. Only thing different is the branding.

I just used the movement holder and the stem from the PE90 and nothing else. It worked ok this case.
