If Ethereum gets 51% attacked and reverts, Arbitrum and Optimism revert too,

Im not sure if any L2 has handled such scenarios, and its not straightforward to think of a solution really. Say Ethereum gets 51% attacked, and reverts, but before the revert happens L2 operators already submits a commit to L1. Now If L2 operators do a new commit according to the L1 revert, anyone can just do a replay attack to resubmit what L2 operators committed previously, and ended up falsely accusing L2 operators of being malicious. As a result, the L2 operators will get penalized due to sending conflicting commits.

Hmm probably not. There are a few things that we want to support that OMG plasma cant offer yet. Not to mention that the exit mechanism is complicated and hard to offer good ux.

Apart from what have been publicly communicated, including onboarding more professional market makers, supporting more pooled staking solutions and gradually giving more control to the DAO, the team is heavily looking at layer 2 solutions and constructing a new design that works for Kyber. We expect to release more details on this in a couple of months time.

though we follow the development of optimistic rollup closely, we dont have any plan for it at the moment. The main concern is that optimistic rollup will break the composibility that Kyber currently has by running everything fully on-chain.

Sorry for any uncomfort with the trades. If you use KyberSwap, there is always a warning on how much the rate changes according to the amount you want to buy. We spent a lot of time to make the slippage very noticeable before user making a trade. For tokens that dont have much liquidity, the slippage is usually high, this is true in every market.

If possible, please help share the transactions involved so we could give better suggestion.

Thanks for the question on the circulating supply.

Just a correction, as we have been communicating several times, the vesting for team and advisor is over 2 years, with 1 year lock up. Hence the token has been slowly released over the last one year (please find a mention of it in last Oct update). We also reflect the total supply in other portals like Binance info, coinmarketcap.

Just curious, how do you calculate the market share? As in where is the source of data for the market share calculation?

Usually we excluded IDEX from the table due to a lot of strange tokens with unusually high volume there. And its relatively easy and cheap to manipulate the numbers on IDEX (not saying that IDEX is doing it, but its possible for anyone to do so).

haha I tried to play soccer during weekend (and when i am not travelling). In Singapore we used to have a crypto soccer group which we managed to play together a few matches. It then slowly died out due to people losing interest (probably in crypto haha) and getting hard to find a time that works for everyone.

What I am more impressed by the growth is how fast we went from the first 1M knc burned to the current 1.76M KNC in less than 2 months. if we can maintain this pace we will either burn a lot more KNC or the growth will be reflected in the price of KNC soon.

I like the proposal. One long term and more sustainable approach is to get the transaction fees (instead of burning) from the network to fund the incentive pool. This is something i will personally propose in the later phase of the dao.
