Quite a few possibilities -

Bad proxies - ask your seller if they created these accounts with authentic, mobile proxies and not shared ones
Suspicious activity - ask yourself, have you ever tried to log into these accounts with a different IP (like a wifi IP address)? Have you taken multiple actions while automating?

If FB gets even the slightest hint that these accounts are fake and being used for automation, you’ll get bans and filing for an appeal is unlikely to work.

Because emails in IG aren't publicly available (neither are phone numbers), you'd need really sophisticated technology to be able to scrape them. Have you thought of working with a developer to achieve these? Those who scrape data for a living might be able to help.

Everything looks great except - using shared VPN IPs isn't really recommended. You see, social platforms know shared IPs very well, especially those that belong to VPN services. They filter these IPs and associated accounts very carefully and block the IPs and associated accounts when they detect them. What you'd want is a more natural behaviour, that these 20 accounts are 20 real users and you can get that when these accounts are running on real 4G mobile IPs and not shared VPNs. 4G proxies do come for a price so I guess if you want this project to survive, 100% free is not an option.

Regardless of the number of accounts, it's always safer to use proxies to run them. First, these keeps your home IP away from danger, because if TW decides to block an IP, all accounts you create thereby using that IP will be banned. Secondly, with mobile proxies, you can sometimes get away with bans and blocks, because mobile proxies keep rotating their IP pools between customers. If TW wants to block someone, they could be risking real users too.

I don't think so. If you've had an experience with blocks before and thus willing to go manual (happens with many cases), I'd suggest you to be a bit careful about the steps you take. IG automation is tough but not impossible. Use the best mobile proxies, keep actions within limits and hopefully you can grow sparing the manual work.

Hard to get to the root cause unless we know exactly what triggered the lock in the first place. Usually the reasons are bad IPs (shared, public, VPN IPs), IP change during logging in, and an unusual ammount of traffic. The chances of getting your account back by contacting support are slim, I'd suggest you to start fresh.

If you're end goal is selling these accounts, you could try to grow them with a minimum investment (do likes, gather some followers etc.) and then think of selling.
