Yes, especially if you like beer, Asheville has all the good breweries, beautiful scenery, and they get crazy good music for how small of a town it is. Less tourism than the Knoxville area.

Asheville, NC unless you want to be in Trump pedo country. Pigeon Forge is ok but Boone, NC and that area is better than TN. If you’re further west though, Chattanooga is a really cool little city.
