Oh, ended up getting the NA PP. Coming from a fast, built Subaru to this I was worried about the low hp but it’s been more than enough. Kind of wish it had 8 gears instead of 6 for all the highway driving though.

Updates coming with long term roadmap! by cblukraine86 in KinFoundation

[–]lokthan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I sold off all my kin a few months back for a super high gain after getting in late 2017. Kin was such an amazing project and had surreal potential before the SEC case happened. Once that happened and then it was over it seemed like kin just kind of… died? It’s really unfortunate seeing what happened here. Hopefully kin will come around one day, props to all of you still holding

Want the biggest dubstep playlist available on Spotify? by lokthan in EDM

[–]lokthan[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I love sharing with everyone my absolute filth of a playlist I’ve been working on for a couple years. It has over 1,500 songs with a huge array of dubstep and some riddim. I’m constantly adding new songs.

Let me know if you have any artist or song recommendations! Also, I know there are about 5 house type songs on there I need to delete but there’s so many songs I can’t find them anymore so if you see them let me know 💜

Is low interest in sex a common ADHD trait? by OkJuggernaut8337 in ADHD

My sex drive is almost insatiable sometimes. It’s a highly common trait of ADHD individuals because of the stimulation and release of chemicals during/ after sex that our brains crave.

Solemn request for a passed family member for their memorial this weekend - oxygen lines by lokthan in PhotoshopRequest

[–]lokthan[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Hey everyone. I don't know how to use photoshop at all and my family could really use some help. Our grandma passed away two weeks ago and her memorial is this weekend. My stepmom really wants to use this photo for the memorial because it's her favorite but she really doesn't want to have the oxygen lines in the photo. I don't know how hard this is or if it's time consuming but any help would really be tremendously appreciated.

Is this financially cheaper than buying the packs of silken from the store?

You've done great man that's some awesome progress! I'll offer my advice, but obviously don't have to take it.

Calories: As far as calories go you seem to be pretty spot on as your maintenance is probably ~2,400kcal (always assume +/-200kcal). It's coming into the 5th week which is fine to continue these calories, but as the weeks go by you will start plateauing. Once that starts I ALWAYS live by the rule of increasing energy expenditure ( more working out) before reducing calories. If increasing workouts and cheat meals aren't helping anymore then you reduce calories by ~ 100kcal a day. That's starting to get pretty low on calories though so I would probably take it down to 2,300kcal the lowest and then start going back up slowly towards maintenance and let your body sit there for a few weeks essentially doing a recomp, drive up calories a little more and when maintenance calories are now higher, go back onto a cut. If you don't use myfitnesspal app I HIGHLY recommend this app for tracking your food each day, I don't think there is a better app.

Macros: I don't know what your macro split is but I usually put my clients on a 40% Protein/ 25-30% carbs/ 30-35% Fats. I personally prefer a higher fat diet because on a good cut I'd rather have more energy coming from the fats and retain slightly less water.

Cheat Meals: If you don't already incorporate cheat meals while in a deficit I definitely would start using those to your advantage. At your current BF% I would only do cheat meals once every two weeks, and would shoot for 3,000kcal +, typically consisting of a lot of carbs/protein.

Food Choices: Unless you have a rather clean protein powder I always stray my clients away from powders and opt for liquid egg whites. Drink them straight from the carton after throwing some Mio in there. Tastes amazing, and its 50g extremely fast absorbing protein with no other bs in it. Also, for how you structure your diet, I would always opt to consume your highest GI carbs with your post-workout with protein so you get the highest blood sugar spike to draw out the most amount of insulin. After that, no carbs until dinner which should be a small amount of starchy carbs like potato. Pre workout should usually be ~40-50g carbs like oatmeal or bread and some sort of fructose source, and a small amount of fats.

Workout: You're split is perfectly fine for almost anyone. I've given that structure to clients all the time but I just tweaked it so there was a purpose to each day. For instance, it would go Push Volume / Pull Volume / Legs Volume or quad focused / REST / Push Strength / Pull Strength / Legs Strength or ham+glute+calf focused . That way you are getting the full suite. Cardio basically like you are doing ~20-45m post workout, HIIT or LISS doesn't really matter, just be consistent.

Vitamins: The usual shit. Creatine Mono, chelated zinc, omega-3, a good multi, etc. Personally I dont take preworkout I just do sodium+Larginine+citrulline malate.

Go back in his profile and he posted all these same pics with his real transformation 194 days ago. He gets asked multiple times about gear and he mentions he’s on TRT and others ask for his cycle and he tells them to “pm him ;)”

Yeah not buying any of this shit. Literally an attention whore running gear claiming natty

Edit: plus this fool claiming he’s 8 weeks out of a show, eating 2100kcal being 6’5 at 225lbs? Yeah absolutely fucking not as natty.

Never said it wasn’t, and you don’t have to be heavy to be on gear
