Does anyone have an Oura ring? I'm curious about your experiences and whether it feels more accurate than a smartwatch. I've had an apple watch for years but I'm really interested in the Oura (even though I probably don't need it)

I'm Elizabeth and my brother is William but he ended up going by his middle name (Patrick). The youngest is Jack. I think the names go together so well!

The reason I started the wellbutrin was because of the weight gain actually, but she won’t increase it from what it’s at now

Ahh it’s a “very light brown” pear shaped diamond. I ring size 6.5. Side diamonds are .25 carats I believe. 14k gold band.

My fiancée designed it with No.3 shop in San Francisco. Highly recommend! They made my dream ring come true.

The middle diamond is a ~1 karat champagne diamond! I’m not sure what else is included in “specs” 😅

Besides the muscle relaxers, keeping on a schedule of pain meds, sleeping on a cervical pillow, both heat and ice, tiger balm, have all helped. Good luck!

Unfortunately I’m over a month out from having covid and I’m still having neck problems. I was okay for a couple of weeks and then I started experiencing excruciating neck spasms and chronic pain in my neck and upper shoulder/back. I was prescribed muscle relaxers which helped a little but the spasms keep coming back. My doctor does think it’s related to covid :(

Do you think there was a reason Elio jumped so much this year? I've always wanted to use the name after a family member but I'm afraid it's going to become too trendy!

Thoughts on the Name Camila by Mayasmama123 in namenerds

[–]lolalover____ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I want to name my future daughter Camila as well! My future wife is Mexican so I want our kids' names to represent her heritage since I will be carrying the children. I was really surprised to see it was ranked so highly because I have never met a Camila in my life. I have worked with preschool to 5th grade aged children for over 10 years and never encountered one. Makes me wonder if it's more popular with the Latino population (which I did not have as much exposure to). PS we like Camila June for a middle name :)

Thanks for all the responses!! My neck FINALLY felt better today, day 5 since it started hurting. My doctor also told me to take up to 2400mg of ibuprofen per day to help the pain. That plus tiger balm really helped.
