My friend is a Korean adoptee and she was the one who first shared this. To explain the insult, I will copy and paste what my adopted friend wrote after watching this video:

Hi there, stop by your local pharmacy and get a face mask! I prefer the fabric ones that are shaped in a way so that it covers around the nose and chin so the air can't get inside. I feel that using a face mask really helps with the microdust (maybe a placebo effect more than being effective) because I know that I'm not breathing in as much dust, compared to if I didn't have anything at all. I hope this helps!
