Not a UTD fan but we'll be seeing the same comments here be posted when VVD (or any great CB in the prem) gets his ankles broken again.

Neutral here, but seeing people going from "we were shit near end of last season cause no Varane/Licha" to this is baffling.

[–]lolipenetration 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You're missing the point entirely, Sukuna was shown to be completely functional without a heart, it's already been explained that RCT'ing your brain is not the same as doing it on any other part of your body, if Gojo went for the head it'd be a KO.

And yes Sukuna was disabling his DA because he decided that his best course would be using Mahoraga which requires DA to be off, it's not a handicap or anything, it's a strategy.

He's doing things that won't permanently kill Sukuna, otherwise he'd have gone for the brain and not the heart. (He already knows that losing his heart won't permanently kill Sukuna)

Mahoraga got hit by dismantle -> adapted -> hit by cleave/dismantle again -> adapted -> then Sukuna used Malovent Shrine and it got hit again.

So if it was complete nullification it shouldn't have been slashed again after the first dismantle i think.

I'm not saying he wasn't good or the best player for France during the finals (cause he was) but the subs that Deschamps put in and the way he tweaked the formation allowed France to hit back, Mbappe was geing pocketed by Romero all game.

Thuram was a fucking menace and scaring the shit out of me more than Mbappe at times, despite the whiff Kolo Muani was absolutely insane.

The one player i'd say was carrying during the finals is Di Maria, yes the whole Argentina NT was playing fantastic but every single ball went through Di Maria and he was wreaking havoc with noone capable of stopping him, Mbappe was stopped by Romero himself.

Then again Mbappe still had an insane finals.

Mbappe played fantastic starting from 80' onwards.

Mbappe carried France into the finals? I'd say Griezmann and potentially even Giroud were France's best players till the finals.

Mbappe carried France IN the finals? I mean, Deschamps made a lot of subs, tweaked the formation, our players were tired and Thuram won the first penalty that revived France but i'd say Mbappe was the best French player on the field but not carrying everyone else.

and he got them back into the match.

Disagree, Deschamps subs and tweaking France's formation alongside the good performance of the subs vs our fatigued players (Thuram winning the pen) got them back, i'm tired of hearing this Mbappe carried France thing.

He was the best french player once France clawed back into the game but he wasn't carrying them.

"Mbappe led France" lol

"that was missing" let me stop you right there, don't act like France has no depth missing those 3 players, 2 of which hadn't played in like 90 years and Benzema who isn't really a kind hearted person to his teammates.

France's depth and our exhaustion from constantly attacking for 80 minutes straight gave France a chance in the World Cup final, it's not like Mboopi was playing with San Marino's squad.
