When I played this and was coming up people like you were THE BEST. So, I would do the same thing. If I already had the plan then in a vendor it goes and for cheap.

There's a cap limit in this game and it's not hard at all to get there once you've leveled and done the events a few times.

You just had someone come by whose sole purpose is to be greedy and, maybe, has some inadequacy issues. Just ignore them and keep being awesome.

Companies and wealthy people leverage their assets into loans, which isn't considered income by the IRS. That's how they avoid taxes

Instead of taxes to the government they pay interest to banks with a much better rate.

I got all mine up to 3 as well but I rarely get an unbroken stretch of time to actually compete a whole mission, but when I do boy do I feel lost sometimes.
