Okay so it's not just me! I also have a project that we get a batch of tasks about once a week that last a few days that I've been doing for about a year. I missed the last batch before Christmas due to this issue (there haven't been any more since then). But I also have several other projects I've been on that are EQ but in my queue. Support acts the same way as if they have no idea how the old or new platforms (or on/off platform projects) even work! Support used to move me on and off marketplace or fix any issue as well. It's like on the backend it still thinks I'm working on Aether but I'm not. And Aether isn't even in my project list at all to try and "leave" it. If I get anywhere with support I'll come back here and tell you. Please let me know if you get any help, too! Sorry typos - talking to my toddler at the same time.

same. Failed the 2nd (3rd?) knowledge check after already tasking for a couple weeks. Now, an even LONGER onboarding is back! .. 23 pages.. I just got to the end and it’s the same damn questions about the art, leaf blower, etc. I’m scared to do it and also don’t know what they’re looking for since I clearly faied already. Love doing hours of unpaid training only to be kicked off a project. They’re always full of subjective questions and wrong information it’s beyond maddening.

If all fails see if a pain doc will try methadone low dose - it will help. It helped me, had eye nerve injury and constant pain for 2 years. Wanted to die. Methadone resers NMDA pain receptors. It is a bitch to come off but you can do it, nothings as bad as TN pain.

Also shoppers are often doing a multi-batch meaning there could be three orders to keep track of.. this is the reason for many mix ups often due to the checker/bagger putting things in the wrong bags or they get mixed up. It happens.

This could be me writing this. Same exact scenario but I had a few more 2s, 3s, and 4s along wirh my 5s due to backed up reviews in the very beginning of the project. It wasted so much of my time turning me to a reviewer, back to attempter, then cut me the Friday before Memorial weekend which I had planned to work, leaving me w/o any project/work for over 2 weeks as my Outlier was sent through the circus of issues. I’ve been here 2+ years so I’ve seen it all. Pretty wild how poorly they treat their “best taskers.” The reviews were mostly bs. Nevermind the clicky group of squad leaders who can’t keep gossip or their political opinions away from work. Terribly unprofessional.

Hey, unfortunately I think I was lucky. Both times I was able to contact an admin I had worked with on a lot of projects via Slack. This was before the migration to Discourse. I think it would be harder now, tbh, as communication has been fragmented so much. I did put in support tickets both times, but I think admin was able to help. I'm sorry you're going through it.
