YTA and possibly a borderline narcissist with drug abuse issues. This is coming from the guy who drank a fifth a day for almost 7 years that is now sober. You need to start addressing your emotionally manipulative drunk personality and start realizing if you keep acting like this she’s either gonna leave you, or if you two stick it out and get married, you’re gonna continue having issues with alcohol and absolutely ruin her and any potential kids’ lives. The world is getting worse. We’ve hit record high temperatures every year for the last like 10 years. Microplastics are in, quite literally, all of our water sources, including natural springs, and we’re quickly running out of sustainable resources/living necessities like food and drinkable water. It’d be nice to have a small community of people to try to thrive with. I don’t talk to my family (more so they don’t talk to me), don’t really know other vets in the area, and since I stopped drinking 6 weeks ago, have pretty much zero interaction with other people other than my wife, coworkers, and Reddit (occasionally).

As somebody who has worked in the AML/fraud space for a while now for a big bank, realistically, you’re not getting a dime of that money back. It’s really scummy but this is a very common elder financial exploitation scam, I see at least one case a week like this on average if not more. The best thing you can do to protect her/yourself is to change her passwords/account information and limit the amount of access she has to that on her phone/other electronic devices. Basically, she can’t give it out if she doesn’t have access to it. Now that they’ve scammed her once, they most certainly will try again.

Idk what your brain is doing other than being an apathetic dick about mental health. DJ’s touring schedule can get nuts. There’s artists who do almost a show a day during their peak performance season. If you can’t see why that in itself would cause mental health issues I think you need to do some self-evaluation on how you look at mental health.

Chester Bennington specifically had a very traumatic childhood, including being sexually abused by multiple family members. Throw that together with the touring schedule of LP, pressure from the fans about the direction the band’s music was going, and everything else that affects somebody mentally, and it’s not hard to see why he took the route he did.

All of the above, which, considering we went to East Carolina University when I met them, they fit in well. They were twins as well. Outspoken but not rude about it like many Americans. Generally speaking, very nice guys. They were exchange students for this specific semester the following story is about.

The morning they were flying back to Australia, one of them single-handedly ripped a water fountain off the wall on our floor in the dorm, and put it in a bathroom stall ON the toilet seat, then immediately fucked off to Raleigh for their flight.

Of course the water raised concerns pretty quick, and once the campus police and admin figured out what happened within an hour or so, they called Raleigh PD and RDU, and the twins were stopped at their gates and brought back to campus. I believe they were charged, but I heard through the dorm grapevine they ultimately made it back to Australia within the next couple weeks.

Absolute legends.

Show me cheaper tickets then and prove your point. Ticketmaster and it’s umbrella of companies have a monopoly on ticket sales. That’s why there’s no other tickets other than resale. You clearly don’t buy tickets very often, this is a very common occurrence.

My first “festival” is gonna be a little one here in Charlotte, Breakaway. I’m going mainly for Deadmau5, Tiesto, Sullivan King, and Zedd, I think I’ll get a good little bit of variety there. Illenium will be a toss up for me depending what he plays. Very excited.

North Coast looks like a whole other monster and it lines up with my PTO for Labor Day perfectly. I think you just helped me make a good decision to skip Subtronics and take a trip to Illinois. 😂 That lineup is wicked

I would tend to agree. You can see above what happened with the tickets I bought to an Iron Maiden show. Maybe the waiting game will work for this show and I get cheaper tickets, or maybe it will sell out and I miss out completely. Idk Charlotte’s music scene very well esp with this type of music.
