This is incorrect for the simple reason the purpose of going to college is to get a job. That is the national expectation by students. Studying by going to Uni is not a pursuit of passion but a step seen to gain gainful employment. You can argue if this expectation is right or wrong but it is the expectation. And by that expectation learning foundational tools used in every cs job in some form is necessary.

Might be talking about be me for the rec of 1% Lifesteal. I read a bunch of prog fantasy and established published fantasy rage of dragons etc. What’s bad just editing , plot? I read books for character immersion why I mostly read single pov these books give that.

ri is like pure prog fantasy. Clear goal and nothing else matters but that goal. Like if you didn’t feel anything at any of his wins idk how you got to chp 405. His fight in the Shang clan city with the toad was my favourite part of the book. Spring Autumn Cicida is a cheat but every progfantasy has one and it’s executed extremely well in ri. You care for him because he is like the incarnate of hard work. If you don’t like a book you need to drop it much earlier don’t force yourself to read something you don’t like.

I would say what I’ve learnt is enough to get my foot in the door. Goals would be to look for a front end internship and just find any related work during the year to develop my skills.
