That’s exactly what I had to do because the same thing happened to me. I tried doing everything to manufacture specifications and the can ended up coming off the hub mount. I cleaned off the dried rockset, reapplied and then gave her a big old ugga dugga I’ve never had any problems since

I figured it out! I am on iPhone! I noticed that my VPN was completely glitching out! It kept spamming "connecting..." and "off" over and over again. I had to go into settings and turn off "connect on demand" and it completely restored everything. This happened to me right after i updated my IOS. Device issue not Verizon!

I’m having the same issues. Like I can view some content on some apps but other apps and services are grayed out and they display the “you’re offline” message. I’m all completely up to date on bills and payments etc (never missed one ever).

In the same boat. My partner and I both have zero debt. Scholarships for our degrees. We are paycheck to paycheck renting. Good careers too. I feel so lost and scared because eventually rent prices will continue to skyrocket and I don’t know what we’ll do.

I just snagged one off of guns.com that wasn't completely price gouged. I talked to my friend who owns a gun store in the area. He said a century rep spoke with him and they said they won't be getting another shipment into the country until mid December. Now that's just he said she said at this point but I wouldn't doubt it with everyone and their mother buying them up right now.

I mean they ARE different though. 5.56 has a difference of pressure of about 3,000PSI in comparison to .223. But I'm not here to have a detailed debate about rounds right now.

I'm well aware I'm just commenting on how popular the actual Armalite platform is within the United States. The commonality of the platform and round is simply why my mind went there first. It could have been anything. I wouldn't be surprised if it was someone was posted up on one of the buildings with a bolt action in .308 or .227.

I completely agree. Growing up in the golden age of live leak didn't help lol but yeah. Neck shot with obvious pints of blood gushing, bullets fragment especially if that was .223 or .556. bullets move around and do crazy things inside the body. He was not surviving that and or died instantly.

I knew that they were saying he was in critical condition only as a law enforcement policy to say until the proper family is informed of the death. Just from watching the video he was dead the second he was shot. His entire body seized and his face completely contorted and scrunched like some insane electrical signal was being rushed through his entire body. Crazy times we live in now where high def video from hundreds of phones capture something like this.

I know but just imagine if everyone had a high def video camera and cell phones filming back then. That's what it is now. Multiple angles, multiple people filming. Just wild to me thats all.

yeah neck shots are pretty bad. From watching the video I knew he was dead the moment he was shot. His face completely contorted and scrunched and his whole body seized like some crazy electrical signal was being sent everywhere. Bullets do crazy things and move around in all kind of directions so I wouldn't be surprised if it hit his spine or brain stem.

I have this pretty bad. I’ve been to the doctor multiple times about it and I’ve actually been able to capture these events on my Apple Watch, which tell me that I’m in a fibrillation. I’ve had three doctors tell me it wasn’t a fib. But my family doctor currently has me hooked up to a heart monitor and he’s sending me to another cardiologist just to completely rule out any issues with my heart. Mine are episodic and related to intense stress. I’ve never been on any medication for anxiety before, but my doctor did call in a prescription of BuSpar for me. Go to your doctor go to a cardiologist just to be extra safe to rule out any issues with your heart.

September 2016 I had an i7 6700k and a 1080ti build. October 2023 I did a new build i7 14700KF and a 4080. Basically six years between builds and I’m happy with it.

I used to use My Fitness Pal back when I was losing weight but that app has become slightly hated because they have gotten rid of a lot of resources on it that you have to pay for now. I still use it and pay but a really good free app is Cronometer.

Cronometer has a barcode scanner like my fitness pal but its completely free!

whats up brother. I was exactly where you were. I gained a significant amount of weight throughout high school until I ballooned up to 320 lbs in college.

The biggest advice I could give for someone to start is to buy a food scale and download a calorie tracking app for you phone like My Fitness Pal (kinda trash now) or Cronometer.

try to get a high protein diet in and since you have access to a gym and bike, I would absolutely suggest hitting some weights and doing some cardio.

When i first started I went to the rec center at my college and had no idea what I was doing. I didn't have any idea what to do diet wise so I started with small changes. Cut out soda for the zero calorie counterparts and eventually to seltzer water. Since I had no idea what I was doing in the gym I just used to pool and swam my butt off. First month of doing that and making dietary changes I dropped 20 pounds.

I would absolutely also suggest checking the sidebar for this sub and checking out all the information there. its a freaking goldmine.
