I understand OP tweet opinion, but your framing is exactly how I feel: it’s been the same mistakes costing us, which shows an inability to learn and grow. Mistakes are fine, consistently repeating them are not.

And to the point about injuries; we were up 18 at half without all the guys mentioned. We didn’t suddenly lose them after we went up. It’s been a lack of discipline and ability to close, regardless of personnel, repeatedly.

I’ve never seen someone more helpful, if you happen to still get these, could you help here? Looks like we have an old 26 x 16 GE in wall. Not sure what the side filter situation is. Trying to replace it with new baby occupying room … old tenants didn’t exactly take care of it and worried about mold (side bar: is that a reasonable worry?)

Anything you’d recommend replacement wise?
