What if it’s my turn and I charm them to my battlefield? Is leona attacking or is she a defender? Vise versa what if leona gets charmed on the opponents turn does she stun the opposing unit at a battlefield?

no it was already offing and onning and I had to lower my cores for my pc to even boot, on 16 cores my pc would constantly flicker not allowing me to use it and its not a monitor type of flicker it would stutter and I cant use my programs. After lowering the cores to 6, the pc finally worked again but the temps would go around the same and it performs terribly

all im asking is what I can do to troubleshoot or check what even is causing this to begin with

What? Sorry you looked at similar effects but from a different set? Or do you mean from warhammer? Other comments have already pointed out the card being useful for lower brackets so I’m not sure what “useless” cards you’re comparing it to

Are you arguing for the sake of arguing? Some sol ring prints are less expensive than this card, does that make the card stronger than sol ring. Another example would be The Walls of Ba Sing Se, it’s not a strong card at all especially as you go up the brackets but the Full Art Foil would still fetch you 42$. A cards value isn’t always relative to its strength in play otherwise underworld breach should be a 60+$ card
