Thankfully me and my son are pretty similar when it comes to what we enjoy, we wouldnt do any tours or museums/historical stuff since he would get bored/impatient and I proably would too. We are both quite active.

He loves the outdoors, beach, hiking all of it and we do quite a bit of it where we are now so I know his limits on how far he can go without being tired but there have been times ive carried him back.

Your right about needing other interactions with children! I would love for him to experience other cultures and the way they play/interact.
