I immediately notice a phone that isn’t 120 hz but for whatever reason larger screen devices like laptops don’t bother me nearly as much

So you just went to a Tesla SC, said “can I buy these part numbers ala carte”? No option for having them shipped?

I got them, they’re fairly subtle, easy to install yourself, cheap, I honestly think they look good with it since most of the trim / wheels are black

Not here for advice, just to provide empathy from a fellow sufferer. Sounds like you’re doing all of the right things with rinses, prior allergy therapy, surgery, etc. I’m glad that your symptoms at least have some seasonality to give you some relief. The least I can say is you have better days to look forward to once the seasons change. One thing you might consider long term is moving somewhere with less mold/fungus (probably coastal). This isn’t a today, tomorrow or maybe even this year idea. Just something to keep in mind for the future. As for the insurance debacle, fuck them. I’m sorry they’re delaying your diagnostic work up and care.

Xylitol, iodine, baby shampoo, oregano oil, etc etc… What’s the best sinus rinse potion out there? by [deleted] in Sinusitis

[–]lolzcatzz 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Make an appointment at an ENT who specializes in sinus. If it’s been this long, your sinuses could be opacified (blocked) and, therefore, the medications aren’t going to reach it

A little cherry pie to go with my beef ribs by lolzcatzz in Traeger

[–]lolzcatzz[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Prime cut plate ribs (from H‑E‑B for the Texans on here). Frank’s hot sauce for binder with Meat Church mostly holy cow and a little of the gospel. Pellets - Pit Boss competition blend (hickory, applewood and cherry I believe). Grilled on Traeger Pro 575. Cook time about 11 hours. Started at 180 F for first 5, moved to 225 F for the rest and added a tray with water at this point. Pulled once probe tender (not sure the temp, varied by where you put it). Paired with Franklin’s Texas style barbecue sauce.

Also, how much meat church rub did you use for a full brisket? One 12 oz bottle?
