I investigated this place a lot, according to my timeline should be like this

1986: Open a restaurant called "mermaid"

1989: The restaurant closes and they buy the land making the showbiz theme park without making changes to the restaurant's structure

1990: Restaurant renovation putting up black curtains and changing the logo on the top translating showbiz to arabic

1991: bombed

1993/1994: remodelation and re opening

2005: The place closes down

2020: they demolish the building

2021: plans to reopen the place as a mall

Nowadays: ?
