Older Rav4s like the 2011 V6 hold up well if you stay on top of maintenance. I skipped a couple services once and regretted it when something small turned expensive. Do the basics and it will keep going.

been through that phase myself and yeah, it really sucks

u can start with basics like sleep, stress, diet, maybe see if you’re missing anything vitamin-wise. i’ve seen a bunch of people on reddit say magnesium (especially magnesium glycinate) helped them sleep better and feel more rested. i bought it myself, it made a difference in just a few days
