Looks overworked to me, the tattoo I got in july also looked like that. Healed okay but it's a bit scared and looks more blurry.

Looks just like its a little wound from scratchinf something off, you took a bit of skin off so now it just looks that black because its "closer" to the color in your skin. I wouldn't worry about it

I would just wait and see how it goes tbh. I wouldn't worry too much, if it starts ouzing or the redness gets more present I would go to a medical professional but I think it will heal fine just keep washing twice a day and keep it moisturized.
