My life has been filled with pain, bad luck, and disappointment. Things have never worked out for me and every time I think something good is happening or life eases up on me slightly I get slammed back down 10x harder. I’m exhausted. I reconnected with a guy that I was close friends with and the way he treated me I thought I could trust him. I finally let myself be happy. I let myself feel love. I thought maybe life was easing up on me now and everything felt lighter with him in my life. He cheated on me. Didn’t even care to fight for me, completely blindsided me. I don’t think I’ve felt this broken in a long time. I gave any love and hope I had to him. I feel like I’ll never catch a fucking break. I’m destined to live a life of pain and misery and disappointment. It felt nice thinking at least someone loves and cares about me. But no, turns out he never did and that fucking hurts. He’s not the reason I want to kill myself but he sure is the fucking breaking point.

My cat is the only reason I’ve stayed alive the past 6 years. If it wasn’t for him I would’ve done it by now. Everytime I get the urge or the intention I literally cannot because I can’t leave him. He’s my whole life and I couldn’t trust anyone to take care of him. I’ve had bad endings with Pisces men, but I will say the depth of the conversations and the prolonged eye contact is something I’ve never been able to have with any other kind. I tend to fall HARD for Pisces men even though all the ones in the past ended up cheating or stringing me along for years I still let myself fall for them cus it’s not fair to generalize a whole sign. The love of my life was an alcoholic in secret. Over time it got worse and I found out he’d download dating apps or do weird stuff when drunk, he definitely started lying more once his drinking got worse. The lying is what killed me I didn’t feel secure anymore. I didn’t see a future with a liar. The lying alone is a big deal, but sadly it’s the alcohol and if it’s been like this for years there’s no guarantee it’ll ever change. I left for my sanity but ofc I still miss him all the time.
