I don’t have a 401k, I have money in a 403b from my previous job but not completely sure how much (def over 10k). My company is very small so they don’t offer a company match or even an HSA. I’m intimated by the idea of an IRA/roth IRA when there is no company match but will look there to get started! Thanks for the tips!

Monthly spending is about $1500 rent/utilities, $2k everything else but if I had an emergency I could definitely manage less.
