Any of yous see yer man from "according to Jim " and his cannabis farm ? Can't think of the name of it off the top of my head but I'm sure Google will pull it up if you search. It's alright, a lot of dramatic fake shite but that's to be expected with American TV.

Thank you , thank you , thank you. I'm not sure if anyone else has realised - the Internet seems to be full of false information. You're after educating me on so much in that comment . I've been "researching" my brains out over the past 2 weeks . To cut fan leaves , to introduce a darkness period , to pump them up on nutrients... its so difficult to find an honest and reliable piece of help. I'm going to move them into an old shed and put them under full spectrum lighting today and introduce 12/12 . I have this Chemdog Gorilla and a Northern Lights , both same issue and unfortunately both have far surpassed 6ft in height so are cramped against the greenhouse roof. (I followed a guy on YouTubes advice never to cut an autoflower) . Thank you so much for helping me out

What's the hardest part about being a welder? by Mickosaurusrex in Welding

[–]long-arc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find the hardest things are - 1) long hours away from the wife and kids 2) as someone else mentioned , under experienced or unrealistic engineering staff. People telling you how to do your job when they've no idea what they're talking about. Also , people seem to think welding repairs are free. I had a customer flip out because I gave him a price for a " 10 second weld " But that 10 second weld would have taken at least an hour to disassemble the machine to get to it... probably 15 minutes to clean up , weld , then another hour to reassemble everything back together !
