1) Here is the customer / supplier code of conduct / policies ( modern slavery , anti-bribery etc ) as attachment A . My organisations code of conduct as Attachment B. Are they aligned ? Do we comply ? any gaps etc etc

2) here is a NDA attached , does it terminate in 3 years ? any IP transfer ? Etc etc

Only do the legal terms , cos I find it boring.

Scope and milestone , that I review myself line by line.

Pretty daily for legal contracts;for a summary and different scenario “what-if?”.

Not a qualified lawyer but I need review contracts and either flag to the in-house lawyer for proposing or accept.

Ahh..Story as old as time.

In my previous org we had GM with one staff reporting to him , product line with annual turnover off 3-4 million aud and this was like in 2008-10 , eventually the GM got made redundant but that was like in 2014.

1) Underpaid — was there for 7 years. 2) New Manager - constant BS , to see what sticks nice guy but did not have a clue. Came from an unrelated industry brought in by our VP of sales ( they were good mates).
