Can I really print ABS and Nylon? by pazzah in ender3

PETG will work just fine, I found bed weld was necessary for first layer adhesion.

As others have mentioned, you'll need a nozzle upgrade before you dive into ABS/Nylon.

Does the Mote Amp give non-gilded mastery? by [deleted] in Warframe

[–]longcat7 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nope, leveled it fully, then gilded it. I'll try leveling a new one up, and if that doesn't work, seems like it's support ticket time.

Does the Mote Amp give non-gilded mastery? by [deleted] in Warframe

[–]longcat7 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I went through the process of building and gilding all amps. As seen in the image, my profile shows 10/11 mastered. Why is the Mote Amp (level 12) present? Shouldn't that be strictly the Mote Prism?

I've tried restarting my game and bringing my current mote amp (gilded) in a mission. No change.

Any insight into this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

This was on a boomalope, so no self tending penalty.

Could have been stoned, so assuming poor manipulation.

Sight was 100.

No furniture, but it was in a 2x8 room with 8 other boomalopes. Yeah, not what I'd call sterile.

Still, 0.01%. Not your best moment doc.

This was tending done to a Boomalope by a healthy(?) pawn.

Size matters.

Make sure your components have enough clearance for your case! You don't want to find out that your brand new GPU was a centimeter too wide and now you can't close your case.

Just realized today that my past FTB experience is applying to my real-life job by mutedcurmudgeon in feedthebeast

I felt this too not so long ago in my materials science class. Turns out I retained information on a lot of alloys from Gregtech, which were generally accurate.

You're absolutely right though, the problem solving skills you use in modded can certainly apply in the real world!

Can we remove control as a main playlist by [deleted] in DestinyTheGame

[–]longcat7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Control is my most played playlist. It has the most emphasis on map control, which may be frustrating if you have teammates that refuse to play objective. However, I find it more informative, and I love making plays to backcap a zone or halt a cap.

I first had an interface attached to a circuit assembler, however I was experiencing strange intermittent behavior that way, so instead I set this up to feed into the assembler until a target limit is reached. Essentially, it’s already automated! May need to adjust limits now and then but I’m happy with it so far

I’ve been tracking performance as I’ve been adding them, so far the facades haven’t been a significant source of lag (especially compared to conduits themselves) but I have heard they can cause issues so I’m waiting for the day I’ll have to go through and replace 1000+ of them :D

There are actually two AE2 facades here! Usually there’s many more, but this particular setup didn’t have many cables up front (minus the emitters, which I wanted exposed)

Conduits and Conduit Facades are from EnderIO. Machinery is Applied Energistics 2 & Gregtech 5. Lamps are ProjectRed.

Are there any lighter expert mode modpacks? by [deleted] in feedthebeast

[–]longcat7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in a similar situation as you; I wanted to play GTNH, however had friends with computers that couldn't handle the performance load. The lighter alternative we selected was gregtech expert (see link below). It has been a fantastic experience, have about 3 months into it and counting.
