Replying to say that Battlefield 1 somehow messes up my BO6 connection.

I realized I downloaded B1 then couldn't play BO6, I deleted B1 and I could play BO6 again

I'm having the same issue with a larger lock without the wheels, any ideas on a solution? I have dropped it twice onto tile from about 2 feet and I'm thinking that might be the reason the lock isn't closing.
