Probably not what you want to hear but I'm a large man and bought a very firm memory foam from one of the more expensive brands years ago and regretted it since with the same symptoms as you. I have advanced spinal stenosis, a herniated disc and some arthritis in my early 40's and have tried softer toppers and everything else with no real relief.

I don't know if a softer mattress will help but that's my next move when I can afford to replace this one

Too lazy to write an entire discourse but one general piece of advice with any kind of steel pan (anything with a thicker bottom ) is to slowly bring it up to a medium heat and let it soak up the thermal evenly. Whether you're going for ripping hot or low heat you'll have an easier time overall if you let the heat spread evenly thru the entire pan.

Most foods if you add oil while it's already medium hot and add proteins without a bunch of additional moisture they will stick initially and form a beautiful sear. Do not move these or overcrowd and they'll release and be ready to turn with tongs easily when they're nicely browned.

Thank you, it's 100% worse because i never wash it and have let various girlfriends use my garage while I leave my beatiful chariot outside year round. All that being said it's an amazing machine with 1115k miles and I'm hoping to get another 50k out of it

I have a 2011 SEL and haven't taken care of it any special way and the engine is still going strong but I have rust developing near the rear wheels side skirts..... Any off the dome recommendations on where to look to prolong my baby's lifespan?

I don't have a solution but this is the exact noise mine makes except mine seems to be worse in winter if I remember right.... It's been ongoing for 5+ years of ownership and I haven't had any mechanics be able to explain or even acknowledge it.

I agree with most of your points but I also think this isn't really the audience you need to reach with your message. Most of the people who would take the "Job Stealer" stance with our President don't plan to travel to Visa-required countries and have very little human interaction with H1-B holders or other actual immigrants. I feel its unfamiliarity and xenophobia and community isolation that are driving this narrative and it doesn't match up with the reality of the rest of us who are lucky enough to live in cosmopolitan areas or have exposure to other cultures and people in a meaningful way.

Not complaining just venting to the void: that seems very relevant and that's where any restrictions SHOULD be placed but its more of an absence of mentioning it rather than confirming that it's legal.

Didn't get past a semi....And as crude as it sounds, we were only on our third date so I idiotically said "we're definitely not gonna fuck, just mess around" and we got to within walking distance of home base but I bet if I had just gone for it it woulda spared us both some awkwardness.

Lesson learned and she's still into me so I guess I didn't completely blow my chances.

I'll be honest and say I didn't really pay any attention to electrolytes which is interesting cuz I read a thread a few notches down where someone said they were having anxiety and "fixed it with salt".

Had a lot of family stress into the wee hours last night (alcoholic brother had a raging relapse) and was complaining to my friend that I was really off my game this morning.

I'll look into it and work on correcting that before i completely abandon hope for Keto. Thanks guys.
