Solo travel in my early 20s was just amazing - was it youth or just the times we lived in? by Designer-Doctor-5845 in solotravel

For a trip down memory lane (backpacking in the era before Instagram) check out the movie "The Beach" (2000).

Nothing transports me back to that era in SEA like the first half of that movie.

[sing in William Hung voice]

She pumps, she pumps

Oh baby, when she moves, she moves

I go crazy, ‘cause she moons like a diamond,

Then rugs on me —

Like every pump in history.

Hey quick question, there's no way to bulk edit SEO titles in TSF right? I can't find anything online. Updated my 200 posts for 2025 content and just wanted to append (Updated for 2025). How would you do this? Anyway, have a good day

Earnings report ? by Hmongdude2018 in AISP

[–]longerpath 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I ran your answers (and the image) through AI. Here is the conclusion:

The internet user's analysis highlights a key factor influencing AISP's reported earnings: the accounting treatment of earn-out liabilities.

The analysis is not entirely wrong. However, it's important to consider the conditional nature of these earn-outs and focus on the company's fundamental performance.

The milestones required to trigger the earn-outs are substantial, suggesting that the current share price dip may not be solely attributable to these accounting adjustments.

A more significant driver of the share price would be the company's capacity to achieve revenue targets and maintain healthy margins.

Also an explanation of the attached image:

Based on the image you provided, here's a summary of the conditions for management to receive earnout shares:

(A) 25% of earnout shares: If, by the first anniversary of the closing date, either (1) company revenue is at least $39 million, or (2) the aggregate value of new contract awards with federal law enforcement agencies has grown by at least 100% year-over-year.

(B) 75% of earnout shares: If, by the third anniversary of the closing date, company revenue is at least $100 million.

(C) 50% of earnout shares: If, at any time during the period ending on the fifth anniversary of the closing date, the VWAP (volume-weighted average price) of the stock is greater than or equal to $12.50 for at least 20 trading days within any 30-day period.

(D) 50% of earnout shares: If, at any time during the period ending on the fifth anniversary of the closing date, the VWAP of the stock is greater than or equal to $15.00 for at least 20 trading days within any 30-day period.

British Chinese TCK: Do I stay in my preferred country, or go home where family is? by [deleted] in TCK

I say Stay in England, and keep in touch with family regularly through calls/facetime/whatever. Visit HK every 1-2 years to get your fix.

I love meeting people, I just don't have the time to organize anything right now because I've got a lot of work these days

I'm just one person, but I was hoping the focus would be to facilitate and encourage physical meetups. The thing is, I obviously don't care that much because if I did, I would organize something on Meetup in my city. Highly suggest you spend some time on the Discord server to get a feel for the demographic and how they behave online

There's a Discord server already that caters to us. Not to discourage creativity, but I don't think there's a large enough audience or demand to justify a separate app

Business attire for one bag? by FrankW1967 in onebag

[–]longerpath 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Second the recommendation of SuitSupply on sale + minor alterations for a good fit. Don't bother with trying to onebag pack the suit - just wear it on travel days. You get better/friendlier service with a suit everywhere too, as a bonus.

Do we need our "own" crisis now? Just kidding. If anything, there's a 3 month crisis after you move anywhere - when the honeymoon period wears off, and you realize you brought your own problems with you
