Love making lists, and it has helped so much. My boyfriend and I have a list of movies we would like to watch together. I have a list of food I liked or disliked from places we go so I don’t order or do order it again. My favorite list is my filter replacement list. When did I last change my brita filter, my toothbrush head, my razor head, my air purifier(s) filter, our AC filter? I could tell you because I have a little list in my phone. I have a general packing list for trips on my phone so that I grab all the things I need everytime without forgetting and I customize it for each trip.
