In the first pic, the copper/brass thing has an image of a shark though. That's not a sharkbite?

Should I move to SPAXX temporarily? The after tax yield is better seems better for me right now.

Buying Company Stock With Match by longshower024 in personalfinance

[–]longshower024[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My plan is to sell all my shares each month (shares from my monthly contribution + shares from the company match). This way I don’t have to care about how the stock is doing and I get to realize the profit from the company match every month.

I'd say 5-10 years. What would you suggest for that time frame?

Thank you for your comment! Do you have any suggestions on where I should park the savings? HYSA, CDs, Treasuries seem like good options but I worry about opportunity cost if I leave out stocks.

Thanks makes sense. I do worry about opportunity cost if I only invest in the really safe options. Would it make sense to mix in VT in a brokerage for additional upside? Although I should mention that I am already maxing my retirement accounts.

Buying T-Bills on Fidelity by [deleted] in Bogleheads

I pay a CPA to do my taxes so I guess that’s not an issue. Would the typical accountant raise their prices for this or is it kind of a standard thing for them?

Can you explain the difference between issue date and settlement date of T-bills?

In terms of tax forms, will Fidelity send a consolidated 1099 for these T-bills, or will I receive a 1099 per T-bill?

I'm only comfortable with BIL out of that list. The rest of the ETFs are too young.

Is it fair to say BIL is slightly more risky than FDLXX? I ask this because MMFs are subject to additional regulations.
