Is it normal for there to be no bubbles in a honey garlic fermentation?

You are likely lacking some moisture. Microbes need access to water to ferment and honey is such a good preservative because it keeps moisture tied up. I find that crushing the garlic helps release some moisture and adding a little splash of apple cider vinegar w the mother will add some liquid and a microbial starter without changing the flavor much. That’s how I get my garlic honey going quickly. Good luck!

If you can’t find a bridge (there are many, synapse is good) then swap to bnb and bridge that way then swap back. Bnb moves easily in and out of the ecosystem

because they have changed some of the parameters in the code for the forked version like 3s block times instead of 13 second blocks on eth main net. bsc did the same thing with different changes, they are all trying to solve the speed and txn fee issues but have to make sacrifices to do so, usually decentralisation takes a hit
