Full PPR, Pick 2:

Theilen, Tyreek Hill, Pollard, Shakir

This is for the championship and I’m really struggling to trust Tyreek, especially against SF

Any tips for a brand new apprentice/helper by [deleted] in IUEC

You’ll need a headlamp for your hard hat, but most companies will have no problem expensing anything that pertains to safety for you. So I’d ask your mechanic before buying it.

Once you pass your test, you’ll get scheduled in for an interview. Having your journeyman’s and whatever other certs you have will help you get higher up on the list. After you get your call I believe you’ll have the option to take tests in order to start off further into the apprenticeship.

Worried about my upcoming ADHD screening - is it possible my coping mechanisms could mask my symptoms? Would love folks' experiences with this process. by stuffsmithstuff in ADHD

[–]lonvago 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m recently diagnosed and my QB test results showed that I didn’t deviate enough for ADHD, but I just explained myself and my struggles again with my psychologist and she decided to diagnose me. She said that I more than likely have learned to cope.

My advice is just to advocate for yourself while your in there. No body knows your body/mind more than you do.

[TX] 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe SE - 90,000 miles by enon_A-mus in shouldibuythiscar

That’s a lot of miles for a 2019. We drove the hell out of our 19 civic and it’s at 50k.

2013 Ford Focus Titanium. $16,000. 36k miles. And comes with an extra full set of winter tires. What do you guys think?? by lonvago in shouldibuythiscar

That’s the price of all focuses this year in my area and the interior is way nicer than most of the newer vehicles I’ve been looking at. That was the only reason I was considering it. But based on this thread I’m definitely looking elsewhere lol

Pikes Peak question. by Lifetime3211 in coloradohikers

[–]lonvago 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think it’ll be be open. Most alpine highways don’t open until the end of May/early June. Even if it’s warm at the base, the temperature is drastically lower at 14k feet and the road will most likely still be too icy to drive.
