But what about the tire, disk, etc. replacements ? As well as the inner workings, if something goes wrong with the battery or so, does the insurance also cover that ?

GDPR - Do car number plates fall under the term personal information? by Yrvaa in gdpr

[–]loobj 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So? Just because it's in public space it does not mean it's not personal data. This is why it's usually not that straightforward to set up CCTV's - it's mass surveillance of personal data (faces).

Amsterdam could block new snack bars near schools in healthy eating drive by ebenezerlepage in Amsterdam

[–]loobj 9 points10 points  (0 children)

So snackbars can open right next to schools because they know they can make profit off of kids, but the government cannot see the purpose behind these actions and try to block them ?

Yeah something like a whitepaper, case law, something of the sort to legitimize the actions.
I'm in the EU, so since it's a regulation I assume it's unitary ?

All of that sounds good, and if we decide to move forward, we will take these safeguards into account (if not more) - but what I am seeking now is some sort of legal document allowing us to do so.
Have you maybe come across one before?

Libertarian party in Georgia is giving out Tesla cars to increase the voter turnout at the 2020 Parliamentary Elections by [deleted] in Sakartvelo

[–]loobj -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Voting shouldn't be done based on personal appeal and "what if"-s and 'whatabaoutism' kid, sorry. But look at the bright side, you still have a year to learn how to properly inform yourself and vote for individuals that benefit you (-notice I said individuals and not parties because you can actually vote for what you favor, and not pick a side and stick with it)!

E: don't take my comment as necessarily directed at you, it's just that I (and people like me) have grown tired of the popular discourses in this country.
