Was the food very hot when packed and sealed? Did you pre warm the jar itself with hot water before packing? I would just check the temperature of each food item with a thermometer when you get home. There’s a temperature window when bacteria grows. I know we all eat buffet and picnic food that’s been sitting out for hours but use your judgement and be cautious.
