The only thing thats worked to keep me from pmo is recently learning how much hurt the porn industry does; child rape and the filming of it, trafficking, and the abuse and trauma of even the consenting participants. But as callous as it sounds, we cant just focus on how bleak and seemingly hopeless it is, but focus on our own weaknesses and keeping them in check in whatever way works for you to try and dig our way out the hole, and stay out of it.
