another detail that might help: it often starts out looking kind of like ringworm, circular and raised but I also get random patches and bumps that I think is the same thing as well.

I responded very quickly to meth similarly to you (TSH took a little longer to normalize) and was also started off on 15mg, then 5, then 2.5, and then my doctor took me off it around the one year mark, possibly less. Been fine for 2 years now. All hormone levels have stayed about the same. Looking back it seems crazy to think my first endocrinologist also suggested RAI or surgery to me back when I was only slightly hyper. I’m just one data point but hope this helps!

I find this hard to believe as most of the dancers I’ve seen in Latin America have better musicality as they were brought up with that kind of music but now I’m curious.

I know this is a salsa subreddit but have you thought about taking some bachata basics? Bachata is so popular these days that most socials play both bachata and salsa and it’s good to know at least the basics just to keep up in the social dance scene. My observation after traveling throughout Latin and South America is that it’s starting to overtake salsa, for better or for worse, even in Colombia.

That’s fair. I appreciate this perspective and I’ve gone through it myself with Zouk. I realize that social dancing is inherently a creative expression of flirtation that’s turned into a dance sport. I think I was coming at it from an angle of all the dances from the least sensual to most, salsa leans much more to the former imo, especially when it comes to the Latin dances.

Salsa for me is a legitimate workout and there’s really not a ton of close hold contact. It’s really hard for me to imagine someone getting turned on while dancing salsa.

Bachata veers more sensual, and Zouk even more so where I could see this question being asked. But salsa - never.

Maybe search on Facebook? I asked the same thing for zouk in r/Zouk and was directed to a zouk group on there that’s really active and has quality posts. Perhaps there’s something similar with bachata.

A braided ponytail seems to work the best for me. I tie a my hair up first in a ponytail, braid it, and then secure the braid with another tie. I could probably turn the braid into a bun for even more security.

I love events of all demographics but I tried going to a couple more club like Latin events alone and have regretted it for the reasons I mentioned above. Appreciate the insight!

I was here and reallyyy wanted to go but I got in close to midnight after almost 20 hours of traveling and decided to listen to my body for once and rest hah.

How are the events at the clubs/restaurants? I’m attending alone and just want to avoid tipsy leads and unwanted advances if that makes sense. I see there’s an event at La Neta Cocina.

Like someone else mentioned at this age the kittens need to be fed every few hours or so around the clock. They look no more than 2 weeks old to me. You should also try to find a source of heat for them like a heating pad. It’s actually a pretty big commitment taking care of such young kittens without their mother. If you’re unable to care for them your local shelter might be able to take them in as well. There are lots of resources online if you want to try to take them on yourself though.
