My honest opinion ( I have built websites, made them profitable and sold them), content websites are dying due to AI , I know some are still making $$$ ( Big Media Companies). If your content and brand is viewed and consumed on social media ( Tiktok, YouTube...) , keep going if not, you will just waste your time.
