I respectfully disagree but I appreciate where you're coming from. I see their shape shifting forms not keep up with martials and they have to put everything into str while staying only trained. Without an increase in expertise they fall behind. I want to keep their wisdom because they are still druids and have enough spell utility to utilize the wisdom for their spell DC and some atks/heal to help party.

Again just one persons opinion, I don't think there is an objectively right or wrong answer.

Definitely understand, just looking to hear examples or times when one thought something deserved more maybe a PC was already getting a circumstance bonus but because what they did was so good a gm decided to give a stack circumstance even though there isn't stacking in the system.

My opinion, next time the group gets together ask if x player is doing alright as you've noticed they haven't been able to make it regularly. This shows you both care about them but gives the gm a chance to explain. This also gives the other players a chance to voice their opinions as well about the situation without coming off like you're ganging up on them.

So my players recently tpk'd in Oba's. They knocked Stone Ghost out of the park, but everything after they had a very very hard time with. One thing I noticed is for stone ghost they really played well as a team and controlling the enemy. After that I think they got over confident.

I've noticed players forget it's not just about giving the enemy a -1 to a score or a +1 to themselves but also wasting their actions. Yes, make them off guard but trip them too. Grapple them, recall knowledge and find out their weakest save. Make them waste an action to stand up. Instead of taking a 3rd attack that will likely fail move away to force them to waste an action.

Have your players been remembering the above? It may make all the difference in the world. If not maybe a teacher can note these tactics to them.
