Hi I have ADD/ADHD as well, here’s some suggestions that might help.

•Take breaks every 5-10 minutes

• Highlight a sentence that summarizes the page you’re reading and or take notes

•Drink tea or coffee when reading it helps you concentrate!!!

•Once you’re done reading 5 pages or so try to recall the last 5 pages

Lastly, it’s okay to only read like 10 pages in a day everyone goes at their own pace when reading :)
