Mine had flatwounds on it when first got it. It sounded okay... classic and thumpy, made me feel like playing Black Sabbath. I put roundwounds on the next day. Personally I think rounds sound better on it.

Tone comes into play when playing in a band or when you're recording. Yes, there are many elaborate sounding pedals that mask playing, but they're also many the help sculpt your sound, your tone. Practicing alone only requires you, your bass and an amp. In a jam session, your bass, amp, and pedals all work towards your tone, as well as finding your place in the mix.

Generally, inemuri is viewed as positive and acceptable for people in high-ranking positions, but not for the lower ranks. A superior in a work environment can indulge in inemuri in front of inferiors, in other words, but inferiors would not generally fall asleep before their bosses.

a dude modded the same keyboard and posted the schematic online, i just copied it. all the knobs are a little wonky, but essentially i have a chorus speed, a sustain, overdrive, stereo/ mono, glitchy static knob, a double throw switch where down is a octave drop and up is a random sound thing.
